The moral arc of the universe bends at the elbow of justice.

It means that though justice may take a long, the universe moves towards it.

Justice universally have earned a badname and crowned with a negative reputation that favours the richies and powerful. It's difficult to believe in the quote specified. Yet indepth we have staunch belief in the quote titled because whatever be the actions that are always balanced out by the virtuousness of universe.

Justice is inevitable. Because the journey that honesty, loyalty and truth has to pave is not small but long and certainly it is converging towards some positive changes and fair justice. Obviously it takes much substantial steps but if journey continues, the rays meet and justice prevails.

Recently CJI Speaking at the Constitution Day celebrations at the Supreme Court (November 26), DY Chandrachud used the famous phrase about the arc of the moral universe bending towards justice.Discussing about the accessibility of the justice system, the CJI said, “The Indian judiciary has been adopting several measures of institutional reform with the single objective — and I borrow the celebrated phrase of American civil rights activist Dr Martin Luther King Junior to describe it — to bend the arc of the moral universe towards justice.”

History behind the Quote :-

This quote is very meaningful and often several leaders, teachers, entrepreneurs and big celebrities keep on quoting this statement. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is known for saying, "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice". He said this on March 25, 1965, at the Alabama State Capitol. Theodore Parker is credited with the original quote, which is more cautious than King's version. Parker said, "I can divine it by conscience, and from what I see I am sure it bends toward justice".

Leaders who believed in peace, equality, fairness and justice, everytime quoted this quotation.
Even Barack Obama used this quote many time to stress his opinion of justice, fairness and equality. The quote is about the idea that the world will eventually be just, but it will take time and effort. It can be used to describe how advocacy movements for marginalized groups have led to increased recognition and legal protections.

Changes takes long span, but it happens :- The biggest take away that this quote emphasizes is never loosing hope and continue the efforts with ample of valour and determination. The results might take very long time but consequences can be achieved. For instance, considering several social issues like dowry, Dalits conditions, women empowerment, homosexuality etc. These important issues are still on the verge of fairness and equality. Still to some extent, nation is successfully discussing the issues and in many cases, on time solutions are also done. Nowadays, improvement in the financial status of many lower castes has been improvised to maximum extent. The journey is full of tensions and challenges, yet managed to meet the desired results to wider extent. Women empowerment is touching the skies and today in every sphere, unwavering their stance, standing firm and resilient towards the challenges. Women expedition is not at all easier neither it was not it will, besides Female always believed in their potential and the justice of universe.

Conclusion:-

The quote offers cautious hopes not an easy certainty. Good things take time and efforts. Thus keep going with consistency is the only mantra that can be fruitful to meet the desired results. These words echo through the ages. They offer hope and give rise to a sense that progress toward freedom, equality, and—indeed—justice is inevitable. Each of us who works for social change is part of the mosaic of all who work for justice; together we can accomplish multitudes.
