Is it climate change or human excessive intervention into the nature? How precise is that human activities had to be blamed for all such devastating changes. Let's learn here, this time winters are plying with chilling cold waves but most awaiting whiteness i.e. snowfall is missing. Be it Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand or Kashmir, mountains are in sorrow because of no snowfall or very less snowfall. Hilly states economy is very much dependent on fruits (apples, apricots etc) and tourists and believe that both pillars of economy are highly getting affected by no snowfall. This will impact mountains economy to massive extent.
