Bhagwat Geeta renowned for its wit and erudition
Hail to everyone, this is our blog 6, this time let me share with you all what I have achieved after reading Bhagwat Geeta ji, I have finished reading Bhagwat Geeta ji today itself. Yet I have not reached to the level that exact essence of Bhagwat Geeta ji can be stated, for that miles to go. But, yes I am thrilled that the dream of reading such magnificent mahakavya has been completed, with the promise that it's just the start of my spiritual journey and devotional consciousness. Before writing the essence of Bhagwat Geeta ji, I need to understand the crux in depth is utmost important so this week I have chosen, what I have shared while reading Bhagwat Geeta ji. It's been 150 days approximately that I have taken to finish the Bhagwat Geeta ji. The mere experience and knowledge is worth to assert.
I have stated my failure journey in blog 2, the much depressing, yet Bhagwat Geeta ji is the best guru who makes you fearless to the failures.
The Bhagavad Gita, the Song of God, has a shloka in Chapter 4, Verse 10 that discusses fear and overcoming negative emotions:
Shloka
बहवो ज्ञानतपसा पूता मद्भावमागताः
Translation
"By being away from attachment, fear, and anger, many have become fully absorbed in Me and taken refuge in Me. With this they have purified themselves and attained divine love"
The Bhagavad Gita also states that fearlessness is the first characteristic of the godly, and that it comes from their godliness or God consciousness.
This is exactly what Bhagwan Shree Krishna conveys, whereas my personal experience that I would like to share is the energy that reading such lessons confer is unmatchable. Breaking the barriers that fear fences around us can only be achieved by developing the faith in the supremacy. Because, he knows what that failures are up to and how such set backs are important in building our own identity.
Karmo ka fal instead of Pariksha, this is the strongest weapon that actually blocks the fear of failures, Bhagwat Geeta ji elaborates the same in very meaningful manner that whatever happens with us is the resultant of our deeds that we had performed in the previous lifes. It's gives us the inspiration to correct our tasks and deeds that might rectifies our previous birth sins.
Dhritarashtra, at the demise of his 100 sons pleaded to Bhagwan Shree Krishna that what is the reason that I have to witness death of my 100 children, shree Krishna replied that 50 births before you had killed the 100 kids of a bird intentionally while hunting. This was the repercussions of that pitty instance. So, Dhritarashtra asked why so late, he was getting punished for that, in reply, Shree Krishna said that while entire 49 births you were doing good deeds to have a blessing of 100 children, as parenthood is a big blessing. Karma is real.
Therefore, knowing the reality that everything is connected with our own actions only, this improvises our faith in efforts and actions, which erases the horror of defeats.
Believing in our values and efforts, Bhagwat Geeta is the biggest Guru that preaches to have belief in yourself and get ahead to all the fears with positive gears.
