Massive Work and No enjoy makes not only humans dull but thrives robots to die

दिवसेनैव तत् कुर्याद् येन रात्रौ सुखं वसेत्।

Humans are social animal and we need people at every stage of life. Sharing, playing, enjoying, working or anything can be attained by supporting each other. Life teaches us that everything and every time is important so give your 100% to whatever you are doing keeping happiness at stake. A very bizzare instance has been recorded recently that Robot, assumed, with zero emotions and feelings, has committed suicide because of working continuously for 9 hours a day. South Korea, a country with population 5 crore has very poor fertility rate of 0.72 and it's population is shrinking very abruptly. In near future, South Korea, will be shrinking to 3 crores. Being huge homogeneous in nature, South Korea and Japan such countries do not allow people from other countries to recide at their nation thus such countries specially South Korea is highly dependent on the Artificial Intelligence generated robots that are used to work as a waiter in restaurants, drivers, dolls for elder people that provides essense of grand children and list goes on. Similarly, one Robot made by California, USA was working as a peon at one of the office and it has a function of using elevators, thus fruitful in transferring the files from one office to another. South Korea is renowned for long working hours and over load of works, even supports 69 hour working per week. As this robot has no function of using stairs but people calling the reason might because of overload of work, this robot has went to the close to the stairs and just fell down very badly and malfunctioned entirely. It's clear case of committing suicide as there was no program of using staircase yet the robot did absolutely opposite. Now, we can well imagine how only work and too much of work can disturb the normal working of a machine lacking all emotions and feelings. 

Monotonicity kills the innovation and hampers the progress :- 

Uniqueness is always adorable and things to accomplish. As straight graphs doesn't give acceleration even, nature is also dependent upon the changes so the day and night happens for reason, seasonal changes are evident that emphasizes the importance of altering one position to another. Only giving utmost importance to work only makes human full that lacks the ability to explore new and thrilling ways. 

There are several ways that is affected because of focussing mainly on work and no play or enjoy :-

A balanced education is needed to produce creative people :- 

Education is the tool that drives the thinking and analytical skills that fosters the creativity of an individual. Learning is important, similarly unlearning is equally important. Knowing the significance of each sphere of life is the key to 

unlock the life's stumblings. Education is the process by which we learn. The more you learn… The more “tools” you bring to your creative process. And being creative is in fact the process of educating yourself by taking what you have learned and applying it in new and different ways. 

Creativity is not doing something different but it is doing the simple work differently and more interestingly. Genius people takes 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.

All work and no play doesn't just make Jill and Jack dull, it kills the potential of discovery, mastery, and openness to change and flexibility and it hinders innovation and invention.
