Women who seek to be equal with men lack ambition

यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवताः।
यत्रैतास्तु न पूज्यन्ते सर्वास्तत्राफलाः क्रियाः।।

Subhash Chandra Bose said, I want also a unit of brave Indian women to form a 'Death-defying Regiment' who will wield the sword, which the brave Rani of Jhansi wielded in India's First War of Independence in 1857.

Every eminent personalities has dignified the contributions of women at several platforms that are successfully undertaken by the women in proficient manner. Despite highlighting the nuisance issues against women, let's concentrate the mindset women carrying within herself. In our shastras and vedas, women are considered as an incarnation of Goddess Devi and a capsule of huge strength and enthusiasm. The living identities that can give birth to new creature, has adequately blessed to transform the spheres to better or the bitter version. Examples' list elongates to prove the extraordinary performance of females ranging to any specific spheres.

The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in places no one has ever been before.” - Albert Einstein

Women today, more than ever before, have gone against the grain of male-dominated societies and cultures. Year after year, confident, courageous, intelligent and determined women from all over the country make it big and roar ‘success’ in various fields. They make India proud with their sterling record of achievements.

Even though there are numerous women deserving of honour in their field of excellence, we name a few famous Indian women here who have made a lasting impression on the world. The Fiscal Scholar - Gita Gopinath, Dhing Express - Hima Das,  Ms. Knock-out - Mary Kom, Sky Warrior - Avani Chaturvedi, Biotech Pioneer - Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Pepsi Queen - Indra Nooyi, Tale of An Underdog- Richa Kar, Monarch of Wellness - Vandana Luthra, Age is Just a Number - Falguni Nayar, Mother of Indian Venture Capitalism - Vani Kola and many more. They have outshined the normal journey of being a women and inevitably are the role models and epitome of hard work, perseverance, persistence and determinations.

Equating oneself to other personalities lacks ambitious and is disrespectful:-

Every individual is unique in it's own way. That supreme power has blessed each mankind with ample of energy, traits, features and infinite power. So comparison with one another is depiction of disowning and disgracing the creature of this beautiful world. Similarly, the quote "women seek equality against men lacks ambitious " is self explanatory that there is no scope of equality that exists among the two opposite genders. Each one is beautiful in their own ways and discrepancies or biasness among two breeds/genders who both are responsible for the uprising and upbringing the life on the Earth. So, no way of seeking equality should ever exist.
It's the qualities, attributes that are nourished by the living identities themselves are the crucial for the particular task allotment. No work does identify the gender as best chef is Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor, while cooking according to soceity is much linked to females. India has maximum number of female pilots in the world as aeroplane can't distinguish between the genders.

Tagging oneself with the problems and carrying soceity stigmas along with, are the traits of loosers and cowards. So, seeking opportunities are not the intended approach but grabbing the opportunities because of one's talent and potential are the traits of winners and achievers.
Women citing the fake feminist issues and lauding for the equality among the counterparts are not the great qualities. The quote also stating that women are the power source of evolution and can achieve whatever she anticipate with all hurt and positive efforts. There is no need to cry over the materialistic luxuries and soceital biased rules, those who endeavour to reach out the goals that has been targeted by her, are achieved as she is none the less of others. Goddess Sita, in Ramayana, has taught lessons to be independent enough and adequate courage to be at Lanka alone, never being disappointed with the situations and nurturing alone her childs with magnificent parenting. Every moment, she set an example and inspired every lady to be bold and strong tolerating all the life challenges with extreme valour and optimism.

Rani Lakshmi Bai, neither asked for equality not any opportunity, and with extreme prowess and braveness has forced Britishers to think twice before fighting against her and was highly impressed with her heroism actions. So winners and achievers are never seekers, all opportunities suddenly coming up to her because of her efforts.

Conclusion
Any ambitious woman would want more than equality, they'd strive to be better but all want is 50:50. This shows a lack of ambition. It's about respecting diverse women's experiences, identities, knowledge and strengths, and striving to empower all women to realise their full rights. As women achieve power, the barriers will fall.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
