Be a Voice, not an Echo

Janaki Ammal was a pioneering Indian female botanist who achieved her professional dreams while overcoming all the gender and caste barriers existing during her time. She had chosen to be a voice not to be an echo. She has set the most wonderful example of how one should never give up on their dreams and that nothing can stop them, from achieving what they want if they are focussed and passionate. Ammal believed that “My work is what will survive.” Anyone can easily be inspired by her passion, perseverance and her contributions to plant sciences that she has made while remaining a very humble and grounded person.
As Einstein suggests, “being a voice, not an echo” has meaning in three different spheres first can be elaborated as to help one to stand out and apart from the crowd – and be seen and heard for their unique contributions.
Second be, Choosing to be a voice rather than an echo requires authenticity. Authenticity means speaking what you believe and believing what you speak. Our authenticity and different-ness was replaced by domestication. Domestication of humans is a process where we learn how to live and how to dream.
Third is, sharing one's truth being a voice means speaking the truth, sharing the legendary story, and conveying the positive message. Spreading the
Self awareness and self esteem are the two leaders that can foster one's performance, having faith in the strength of oneself are the traits of sucessful people. There are some common attributes that needs attention to earn confidence of being heard:-
THE SHIFT BEGINS WITH YOU :- Always endeavours has been done with one's looks to transform their outward appearance as changes are beautiful and admired by others also. This is good and rejuvenation move as appearance brings positivity so same need to be imbibed in thoughts, actions, deeds,etc. The change, we wanted to see in the world, must first be attempted on oneself. At times, when in 1965, India imports food items from USA and Pakistan started war on border, USA supported Pakistan so to back the border expensive, Lal Bahadur Shastri ji has to cut the food supply imports, this had lead to shortage of eatables, so PM first tried on his family, to survive on one time meal, and when it sustained, urged entire nation to fast for some days as border forces need nation support and acknowledging much encouragement from whole Indian population and border forces, had pushed enemy border forces to Lahore. When one, had adopted the shift, they are anticipating from others, provides much required confidence, optimism and leadership skills to drive the task in much expected manner.
AUTHENTICITY IS A GIFT -
Truth is a point of view, but authenticity can't be faked. An individual know of nothing more valuable, when it comes to the all-important virtue of authenticity, than simply being who an individual is. Authenticity exhibit integrity and honesty in their words and actions. It aligns with the behavior, the values and beliefs. Authenticity builds trust and credibility in the relationships. An individual of authenticity has a real desire to communicate transparently and build meaningful connections. To be oneself in a world that is constantly trying to make oneself something else is the greatest accomplishment. Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who an individual thinks they are supposed to be and embracing who they are. Authenticity is everything! One has to wake up every day and look in the mirror, and should be proud of the person who's looking back at us. And an individual can only do that if they're being honest with themself and being a person of high character.
CURIOSITY FUELS A FUTURE OF POSSIBILITY’
Curiosity is the driving force behind imagination as well as innovation and invention. It fuels our desire to learn, explore, and discover new things, see the same in a different way, and even challenge the status quo.
