The only antidote to mental suffering is physical pain.

आलस्यं हि मनुष्याणां शरीरस्थो महान् रिपुः 
नास्त्युद्यमसमो बन्धुः कृत्वा यं नावसीदति 

Laziness resides in human body is their biggest enemy

Remember Comfort is more of discomfort,
Stagnant water is more prone to attract dirt,,
Idle body is shelter to devil mind,
Overthinking thoughts cannot be generous and kind,,

Everyone is struggling to achieve their goals where happiness and comfort is expected. If same can be achieved then, more desires or excessive of comfort generating diseases are stumbling blocks to stay happy. 

The only antidote to mental suffering is physical pain.” Karl Marx suggests that sometimes the only way to get out of one 's head and get away from the mental suffering is to experience physical pain. The physical pain takes the focus off mental suffering. Stress, in recent times are much in vogue, earlier times, overthinking, brain stress, mental instability etc are stitched with the over age or senior citizens but now even teenagers are suffering from mental health difficulties. The age when our mind is growing if at this age brain nourishment is incomplete then how dangerous it can be, it's beyond imagination.

24% Indians are succumbed to serious stress and depression disorders irrespective of age,gender,caste,creed etc. 

How important is physical pain - 
Science says, eat half, work double and release triple, means that our body needs balance diet for proper nourishment and digestion. Digestion means taking benefits from useful part of food and leaving roughages as an excreta. Skin is the largest organ that does the work of releasing through sweating. Sweat comprises of so many unwanted compounds and seriously such inorganic compounds if doesn't releases properly, the results are in the form of illness and diseases that captures the body very steadily. Human body is made up of several compounds, minerals and vitamins, and replacement of all important components is very important. Even, our skin also rejuvenates to the new one after every 2 weeks sporadically. Same with our thoughts also, be it negative or positive. So, to liberate mental tensions much vivid manner can be achieved by turning our body on physical exercise. When body physically undergoes the hard work, this way our body and brain liberates the thoughts and actions that are fruitless for us.

Healthy body has healthy mind - mindset is utmost significant factor for the formation of an magnificent personality. As health is wealth, similarly body free from diseases, has enough capable of doing great actions. Optimal mental and spiritual health, as demonstrated by science, plays an essential role in physical health. For this reason, finding the perfect balance between mind and body will open the doors to a healthier and more joyful life. Having a healthy mind is key to your overall health and well-being. A healthy mind includes emotional, psychological and social well-being and affects how you think, feel and act. It works in unity with your body and influences how you handle stress, relate to others and make choices. 


It is always by way of pain one arrives at pleasure - milk when suffers with physical pain, forms the yoghurt, that costs more than milk, just like this, when people accepts pain and sufferings, more refined version of the personality carves out. As pressure increases, coal turns out to be diamond 💎, pearls stays under the water for million of years to grace their beauty, excellence can't be achieved easily without paying off the price. Even human beings gets birth after witnessing many rebirths and entry to world by the toughest journey from mother's womb to outside world. 

Conclusions -  Physical pain can serve as a remedy or counterbalance for mental anguish. It implies that engaging in physical activities that cause discomfort or pain can offer temporary relief or distraction from emotional or psychological distress. This perspective highlights the idea that physical sensations can sometimes overshadow or override mental pain, providing a respite from mental suffering. However, it is utmost significant to note that this perspective may be applied with spiritual consciousness can be much appreciable. 
Spending an hour with child is absolutely enjoying moment and far better than any physiotherapist therapy. Physical pain are quite relishing if spent with interest and with the favourite peers.
