Restructuring of Indian education system.

अध्ययने प्रमाध्यायने च विद्यायामृतमश्नुते
Meaning :- In Studying and Teaching, One Finds the Nectar of Knowledge.

Does our education system really needs reforms. If yes, does really need to learn from western nations how education system can be improved? With time, reforms and changes are important to restructure the already stabled foundation because there are always scope of improvement.
Restructuring in generally meaning the rebuilding of an educational system that bricks the quality teaching and learning for students of all races, sexes, economic backgrounds and the varied other student characteristics.

What is the need to restructure our education system
Our cultural rich nation Bharat has a bright and golden history of knowledge sharing and attaining, out vedas and upanishads are rich source of learning science factual knowledge, mathematical equations, space exploration ie astronomy, astrology and astrophysics, each fact is elaborated with the facts and figures vividly. Nalanda and Taskila Universities competence are not matchable ever. After many invasions, our education system now has been reaching out it's downfall and modern education was conferred to us by Thomas Macaulay he devoted his efforts to reform the Indian proficient education system by  putting the British and natives on an equal legal footing, and to establish an educational system based upon the British model and destroying ancient Indian teaching methods. Britishers observed that Indians are hard working and intelligent enough so to utilise such wise masses, playing with the education system that actual builds the youth. Hence by  deteriorating our magnificent education system, Britishers inculcated such modules that structures our youth to be a job seekers not the job providers, emphasis on learning the facts is given not the conceptual understanding. Students marks' and degrees are crucial than their actual IQ, learning propensity. And this continued till now. Very disappointed to state that in today's era also, success and meritorious potential is judged by the government services not by the profession an individual is honest, loyal and respectful with. Education is measured by the salary earnings not the sense of responsibility an individual is performing.
Teachers were highly qualified and dedicated for their learnings, at ancient times, teachers were known as Guru dev, and is considered as equivalent to supreme lord, and teachers were sustaining such excellent epitome. Vice versa if compare to present times, the least paying job is to be a teacher and profession is opted by the people who are mostly unsuccessful in other endeavours, no much lucrative incentives are provided to teaching professions. Although the most important working sphere of our nation are underrated to maximum tolerance level. Unnecessary work loads and very less recognition and appreciation are not attracting highly skilled individuals to join the teaching professions.

How well restructuring can be attained
Those who knows the history they will not replicate the same mistake again and positives can be repeated in order to maximise the benefits. Re-starting the ancient times, ways of learning and teaching can be one of the way to improve the education system, when moral ethics and practical knowledge are imparted, followed by memorising the facts. Respecting the nature and mankind simultaneously nourishing the thoughts and physical strength to combat the future challenges. Inspiring case studies of our brave and courageous ancestors enables in building up the mindset for handling life struggles. Practising yoga, mediation to realise the divine power and synergy that can bring positive transformations to the welfare of mankind.

Higher quality teacher and proficient faculties are the utmost crucial part for the strengthing of our education system. High grades salary, respect and competence with academic meritorious attributes need to be imbibed to the teaching staff. Teachers are the building blocks for building the powerful youth so working on their skills are utmost important concern for concentration.

India's education system often lags in fostering innovation and research. To compete on the global stage, India needs to encourage research and innovation at all levels of education. This can be achieved through greater funding for research institutions and a more research-oriented approach in schools and universities.

Conclusion
India has one of the youngest populations in an aging world. Education with a holistic perspective is concerned with the development of every person’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, creative and spiritual potentials. To leverage the benefits of demographic dividend India requires to invest into its ample human capital through quality education, reforming the curriculum and pedagogical processes, improving delivering by utilizing public-private partnerships, evolving an efficient audit and accountability mechanism and resolving the existing issues in the current institutional system which will help unleash the true potential of our citizens and results to economic and social prosperity. The ruling government must understand that the Indian education system requires serious reforms. The system must change to develop students spiritually, morally, physically as well as mentally.
