Man is born free and everywhere he is in chains

तं विद्याद् दुःखसंयोगवियोगं योगसंज्ञितम्।

स निश्चयेन योक्तव्यो योगोऽनिर्विण्णचेतसा।।

Chapter 6, Verse 23

We can learn the importance of equanimity in life and how it can lead to a peaceful mind. We can also learn that achieving a steady and focused mind is not easy and requires practice and dedication. It teaches us the need to strive for inner balance and that it can be attained through the practice of yoga and meditation. 

Rousseau asserts through this quote that governance repress the physical freedom that is our birthright, and do nothing to secure the civil freedom for the sake of which we enter into civil society.

In this regard, it is concluded that a man free to the extent that he can exert his individual powers of thought, emotion, and/or action; liberation in each of these aspects preassumes a freedom of will that allows for freedom in choice.

Man when born has neither liabilities nor any boundaries while with growing up, numerous boundaries have been fenced up. 

Generally people are free when they are controlled by their own laws. This is accomplished through the general intentions, which are collective ideas of the common good, and through the election of members of government.

Humans are born with equal rights but many are deprived of these rights and enslaved by the chains of compulsion and obligations force. Warrior Karna, excellent example of how infamous and strong chains of social commitments are holding him. 

Various types of chains are holding a man such as the chains of slavery, poverty, class, sect etc and these are the indicators that man is enslaved at several level and supports Unnatural Inequality among men that surpasses the freedom in individual and succumbs to the chains of imbalances mentally. At every stage of life, get controlled by slavery thoughts like to learn so to be a bread earner for family, taking up the traditions and culture to the next generation, parenthood etc. Poverty that restricts the growth of any soceity as financial power of men signifies their position and respect in society. Economic weaker sections are very less prone to justice, facilities and opportunities in the world thus building the heaps of stress and responsibilities. 

These words helped in generating the feeling of nationalism among the educated Indians in the nineteenth century. When first war of independence was fought in 1857, then thoughts of being slavery kindled up among some of the Indians and this has sparked the freedom struggle in much revolutionary manner, all well known warriors are evident for the same. 

Balance between Individual Liberty and the Happiness of society as a whole - for the welfare of soceity and the needs or desires of the individual often comes into conflict. Indeed, paradoxically, if the needs of the society are met, this will satisfy individual goals too.  Otherwise, nobody is free. In other words, nobody’s free unless we’re all free. ISRO, being satisfying the individual goals are justifying and satisfying the nation's goals simultaneously keeping nation as a priority.

              Democracy, that draws the attention where people are free to choose their own government and replace it within 5 years span. This certifies that individual has adequate liberation using their voting rights, to permit the ruling governance to rule them. Why to get unfavourable rulers to run our own nation. 

Conclusion - Freedom refers to a state of independence where you can do what you like without any restriction by anyone. While staying in chains ⛓️ is not wanton as wandering in freedom is. Bridging the voids between individual goals and the family or society ambitions are the essence of chains of responsibilities. Humans are social animal who has a life with purpose along with responsibilities. Individual exceeling in achieving the best while performing his duties and commitments serves the true sense of living. Holding in the chain of responsibilities make the men more dignified and versatile in comparison to one who set just free.
