INJUSTICE ANYWHERE IS A THREAT TO JUSTICE EVERYWHERE

न कालमतिवर्तन्ते महान्तः स्वेषु कर्मसु  - Meaning: Great people never delay their duties.

We all have a responsibility to take a stand when we witness injustice

Judiciary laws are just man made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God.  Biased laws are a code that are out of harmony with the moral law. Unfair laws are human's laws that are not rooted in eternal law and natural law. Any laws that uplift human personality is fair enough. Any laws that degrade human personality is unjust. All segregation laws are unjust because segregation distorts the soul and damages the personality. It gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority.

Adverse changes in the Climate, pollutions (air, noise, land, soil, water) and deforestation are terminating our environment and threatening our future.  Poverty exists worldwide. The distribution of wealth has widened the gap between rich and poor and raising the income inequality all over the world. Nationally, the Bharat(India) has insurgency, terrorism, life threatening issues. Caste, Creed, Gender supremacy and racism is still alive and rape cases are thriving as usual. Locally, statewide and nation wide, public education, teachers, students education procedures are wantoning and women’s reproductive rights are under attack. This is only a small portion of issues impacting communities nationwide. All across the world governments, institutions and policies are continuing to marginalize and harm communities. All across the world, people are fighting back. Fighting for justice. Fighting for righteousness. Fighting for a better future.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly                                                                                                       ― Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from the Birmingham Jail

The quote serves the motive to unite all people under the same expectation, that all members of the nation deserve the same rights and fair treatment, and any group that fails to meet that expectation threatens the justice of all citizens.

Significance of fighting against the injustices

To urge us, we must recognize the interconnectedness of all forms of injustice and work together to create a more just and equitable society for all. By standing up for the rights of all marginalized groups, we can help to break down the systems of oppression that affect all of us. Sonam Wangchuk Sir, being innovator and engineer, always worked for the nation upliftment by setting up a technocrat school (SECMOOL), solar heated tent for soldiers posted at Siachen, climate voice for saving Ladhakh. Now fighting against the system in a very peaceful manner conducting 21 days climate fast. Satyagraha is always an important part of our history and to resist against unjust rules, our patriotic heroes used this a powerful weapon 🔪.  If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.

Justice, at its core, entails treating individuals equitably and impartially, regardless of their background, social status, or personal beliefs. It is the embodiment of fairness and integrity, promoting equal opportunities and ensuring that every person has access to their basic human rights.

Ways to curb the injustice menace as we have to strive to make a soceity where voluntarily steps to be taken to make soceity more prone to justice.

1. Just concentrate on being faithful to the truth -Human rights become a threat when they endanger state structures of domination. Faith brings courage to fight for the truth and unjust practices. Jessica murder case was fought and won by her sister by following the almighty truth. Don't worry about being effective. Just concentrate on being faithful to the truth.

2. Man cannot be freed by the same injustice that enslaved it - it's the Indigenous traits that are quite affecting to bring the positive changes in the society. Ghandhi ji, in the initial days, all alone started the movement against the Britishers for the freedom of nation. He always preached, first to abandon himself from the evils before you desires to justify with the same the soceity. Population with positive motives can bring the change in soceity.

Conclusion

If you want peace, you must work for justice. It is essential that justice be done, and it is equally vital that justice not be confused with revenge, for the two are wholly different. Justice delayed is justice denied. Inequalities and comparison be it in any format are endangered to the soceity with high HDI. True peace is not merely the absence of tension, it is the presence of Justice.
