Inclusivity and Plurality are the hallmarks of a Peaceful Society.

आत्मौपम्येन सर्वत्र समं पश्यति यो अर्जुन योगी परमो मतः

Bhagwat Geeta ji explaining that He who, through the likeness (sameness0 of the Self, O Arjuna, sees equality everywhere be it pleasure or pain, he is regarded as the highest YOGI or wise man.

Diversity brings the germination of Ideas and plans,
Arguments and Discussions are boost not bane,
Equality and Sharing of powers are always progenitive,
As we are all the children of almighty God and belongs to same native,,

An inclusive society is a society that withdraws the differences of race, gender, class, generation, and geography, and ensures inclusion, equality of opportunity as well as capability of all members of the society to meet an agreed set of social institutions. No work actually knows who is performing the task, it's the idea, way of performance and result that matters the most.

Barog in Himachal Pradesh is famous for the longest tunnel on the Kalka-Shimla railway It’s said that the engineer Col Barog was in charge of building tunnel 33. Because it is a very long tunnel – 3,752 feet long – he started digging it from both ends, but his alignment was not correct and the two parts didn’t meet.Col. Barog was censured and fined a rupee. Humiliated, he strolled up to the mouth of the flawed tunnel with his dog, and shot himself. Despite of much knowledge and degrees British engineers couldn't made it happen, then an Indian diviner named Baba Bhalku “helped” the British railway engineers to find the right alignment of the tunnel using his sixth sense as he has no specific degrees or civil engineering prudence.

While citing Plural societies, people of different ethnic origins exchange their ideas, trade, economy with a difference of ultimate goals. Diversification among the people resulting pluralism that continues in budding of several new opinions, ideas, plans, strategies etc.
India is a plural society both in letter and spirit. It is absolutely featured by its unity and diversity. A great synthesis of cultures, religions and languages of the population belonging to distinct castes and communities has upheld its unity and cohesiveness despite multiple foreign invasions.

Baishakhi, a very well known festival is celebrated to commemorate Solar New Year and also harvesting the spring crops, to be grateful to almighty God. India, being pluralistic soceity, observes the same objective by different names like - Pohela Boishakh in West Bengal, Bohag Bihu in Assam, Puthandu in Tamil Nadu, Bihu in Uttarakhand, Ugadi in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, PooramVishu in Kerala and MahaVishuva Sankranti in Odisha.

Inclusivity and pluralism are the cornerstones of such a society. They go beyond mere coexistence; they signify the active embrace of differences in ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, and ideology. Here, we explore why inclusivity and pluralism are essential attributes of a progressive society.

1. Fosters the active participation of all its citizens - every section of society feel auspicious and takes active participation in all the activities thus flowering of more and more 💡 progressive ideas. Participation brings sense of responsibility and accountability among each section of society.

2. Diversity and Innovation - much of the starts ups nowadays are bringing traditional and conventional artifacts that are much lucrative and will certainly promote our rich culture world wide and enables in building great enterprises of people at rural India. Diversity among the artists and innovation of entrepreneur are collectively bridging the gap between two and leading the golden path of success.

3. Allowing the peaceful coexistence of different interests, convictions, and lifestyles - Bharat being an excellent and magnificent example of so many religions, culture, tribal population surviving in much peaceful manner. There are officially 22 languages in 8th schedule of constitution and it's astonishing enough that with every 50 kms of distance, language at villages alters yet peaceful living with mutual respect and cooperation.

4. Construction of concrete  economic sense - AMUL, cooperative society buisness that embarks what economic excellence can be achieved if pluralism and inclusive mindset combines. Including each section of society plays a significant role in raising economic graph 📈. Globalisation, liberation and privatisation is also an important contributing factor for concreting economic growth.

5. Action at all levels - indulging every person and considering everyone's opinions are crucial to bring a positive change in a nation. While 1965, war between India and Pakistan, our beloved PM Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri ji has confessed to take help from each person of nation and requesting them to reduce food intake as war required more funds and food import from USA was too expensive. War is not only at borders but within nations as well. And collective action worked therefore India conquered that war even reached to enemy's land at Lahore. So, every action affect the big conquerings.

Conclusion - Inclusivity and Plurality are the hallmarks of a peaceful and powerful societies. As power brings the peace, so mutual understanding among the population is very important to eradicate the insurgency issues and promotes unity in diversity this strengthening of a nation. If country man are succumbed with annoyance of inequalities, creed discrimination, gender biasness then no peace or economic excellence can be met, our neighbouring countries are self explanatory of this problem and western nations are evident of flourishing and shinning in happiness index.
