Creativity and wisdom are the synonyms,

Innovation with technology are the strongest limbs,,

Cultivation of ideas are the reflection of growth,

Incessant poise is inspiration for both,,

 

Just observed that our attention plays an important role in our life. If we loose this attention for very few span itself, we unleash that specific thing. Be it be our personal sphere, professional or self. As every coin has two sides. So the same attention is the solely reason for the several discoveries or inventions. The scientists do many new innovations but from where does all such things come up. It's already in our surroundings', only missed opportunity is not to analyse it very properly. Nowadays we are much focused on technological advancements and innovations, but the foundations for such reforms are same observations, attention, concentrations and off course our creativity.

 

Fortunate enough, I am working at CIT department only, its acronym is Continuous Improvement Team and I personally call it Creative Innovative thinking. The profile which we are leading has basically 5 major principles.

1. Intense Observations
2. Cognitive Skills
3. Examining all perspectives
4. Ideas Generation
5. Imagination and curiosity

These mentioned points are certainly aligns the synchronous graphically equation with the creativity trait.

 

In the race of hard work and smart work, yet to decide who is actually the conqueror because at different times, we need both or either of them, whereas along with them Creative, the third entry has also buckle up the shoes in order  to compete. We always wanted to do the work that fascinates us but not very charmed always to get that category of work so creativity is the only tool that can make your work more attractive and enjoyable. Such success in technology is achieved only by fostering the curiosity and innovations in the work which we are committed to. India currently is open for so many new start ups and if you read about these start ups so many new ideas presented in such a way that entrepreneurship engross many of us. Doing the same routine task in some unique manner is creativity and we all know how much newness and freshness actually mesmerizes us.

 

We realized that how substantial is to have creative personality and being innovative enables you to have that inherent inner peace and just having productive thoughts, fabricates you to be a very pragmatic persona. Creativity is more important than efficiency because if you are creative you think of new ideas and work on them with full efficiency. And achieve something good in your life. Now how can such efficacious features can be penetrated by us :-

 

1. Emphasizing the process - generally we jump to the conclusion very swiftly, but it is the process that actually helps in our learning and digging out some important facts that certainly are so crucial for us and also for our work assigned.
2. Improves with practice, feedback, and motivation - Creativity is not a fixed trait that you are born with or without. It is a skill that you can improve with three ladles practice, feedback, and motivation. It grows exponentially with experience.
3. Be Mindful of Your Surroundings -  this is true fact that all the discoveries and innovations are done at our surroundings only, how much observant are we is the utmost influential characteristic of a person and such attention leads to many innovative discoveries.

To break the trend of being a smarter, it's high time to focus now on being more creative. This way you are garnishing yourself in much beautiful manner. Life is so alluring thus to live it to the most, every day some new roads and ways are to be constructed in order to make it more enjoyable.
