Almost at every nook and corner, illness and sickness are in fashion and unfortunately be it child or adult or senior citizen, each one of us is getting ill frequently. much of our expenditure of the income is incurred on the medicines and hospitals. If we dig out the rationales, Air Pollution ranks the first. Pollution is reaching to its peak with every passing day and is prevailing their own record set. It's astounding that since 2011 to 2019 our population has increased by 37% approx. whereas vehicle owning rates raised by 350% approximately. The very first thing of luxury life in todays scenario is purchasing 4 wheel vehicle. And this is so easy to sense that one bus carries 70 passengers while if count 2 per car then also 35 cars equates the former. Release of pollutants are maximum because of increasing number of private vehicles, thus traffic jams and hence the pollution. Then second most credit goes to constructions, we can well co-relate that while our journey roads with no cities have much cleaner air while crowded place has lots of dust and all this is the contribution of constructions. Even workers and employees working at constructions sites and factories are extreme prone to such pollution but no one is exactly taking care of them as medically or any safety norms. We will never ignore this fact that how significant is constructions and manufacturing sector for India's economy. If list down, third position is captured by our so much ignorant waste management system. No segregation of wet and dry garbage therefore leading to the burning of dry garbage in order to vacate some of the landfills releasing massive sulphur dioxide and nitrous dioxide, most polluting gases to our atmosphere. Wet garbage already mixed with the dry one, releases the methane gas (most contributing to Ozone depletion and Global Warming) and missed the opportunity of turning the wet garbage to black gold (compositing). As winters are exceeding and chilling so poor watchmen or rich shopkeepers in order to feel heated burn the garbage or plastic, but intentionally inhaling such plastic burning smoke is actually damaging their lungs to major extend.

A study depicted recently that earlier lung diseases are caused by smoking, drinking alcohols or any drug addictions while now it's every common to anyone because of our degrading Air Quality Index. And off course when we are inhaling bad air, so how can be expect our hearts be so healthy.

Orientations to the solutions are a dire necessity

      Let's cultivate the arena of thoughts where problems along with solutions are sown and harvested.

 *Need to politicise this issue* - Improving AQI should be in the manifestos of political parties. More and more discussions has to be done on the foremost credential i.e. air, what type of air are we breathing.

 *Segregation of Wet and Dry garbage -* This is very important and easier remedial solution. Responsible citizen can undertake this at their own house and at small level can develop composite in order to be the part of SAVE SOIL initiative. 

 *Teaching at primary schools* about *waste* *management* - Children are the building blocks of any nation, so imbibing reusing, recycling and avoiding wastages attributes can be miraculous reforms in order to save our nature.

 *Public Transport* - In India, Public transport is poor but is not as worse as in USA, so maximising the potential to the extent we can, we should use our public transport and car pooling for commutations as much as we can.

 *Minimise your usages* - Simple living high thinking, should be our moto for living, so use the things that are seriously important not because you can afford so. If you have starting earning more then start giving not wasting .
