What Changes are required in current education system ?

Enough of focussing on negativity of our current education system. Let's now talk about the solutions and what changes are needed to make our youth more intellectual and spiritually very strong. Wait.. wait .. spiritually I mean here is to have firm faith on ourselves, respecting mother nature and mutual understanding.

Below are some bullet points for consideration:-

1. Developing curiosity - students while learning should be eager to know what, how and why such things are happening instead of just reading and following whatever is happening. More of wisdom development should be our focus rather than craming potential. 

2. Learning Propensity - Students should be developed in such a way that they are always flexible to learn more and more new things. As learning makes us stronger inherently. And strong foundation leads to the strongest buildings. Without emphasising on results, we need to emphasizes solely on learnings.

3. Fear of Failure - let's make failure very much common, so that students are not be afraid of failure, even not giving up phrase needs to be in trend. Failures should be discussed with the plan of succeeding and concluded with lessons and experiences.

4. Developing Respect not just following instructions - we need to make sincere, loving and hardworking mankind not obedient robots who follows each and every instructions by hard and core. Asking logics behind every decision and task should be our approach not just imbibing the terms and conditions need to be our priority.

5. Problem Solving and Decision Making - analytic approach for solving problem need to be developed. As our favourite subject maths always says every problem has a solution. So attitude for cracking up the solutions must be our priority.

We have to help our descendants for learning such attributes in order to excel them in their life exams.
