Tribute to Kalam Sir

Not born with silver spoon,

Yet struggled to fly high and for achieving his goal,

But he failed and then decided sky is the limit let's touch the moon,🌙

His teachings and simplicity touched every students' soul,

Monetarily he has lots of books, 6 shirts, 2 pants and no bank balance,

But is most loved President even today's acquittance,

He went to NASA for training and they appointed him as team head,

But patriotism and nation building spirit forced him to reject this lucrative shed,

His second failure i.e. SLV 3 was a set back for Kalam sir,

Very next year, taking rockets on cycle Bharat witnessed success Kalam sir conferred,

His passion for teaching and inspiring students was always on peak,

He did his duty with bestest of honesty with no leak,

In 10 years took only 2 leaves,

Dedication and commitment are the tools he believes,

We are lucky if we are doing the work we love to,

Kalam sir is the luckiest he died while doing the work he loved to,

While inspiring the students at IIM Shillong he had his last breath,

His teachings and simplicity is still with us even after his death
