Spawning of such events now ready as a fruit in the form of Digitalization. This pandemic as a thrust boost the application of Digitalization be it online payment, online classes, Virtual Meeting etc. Big Success to India that our country has topped in online payments beating USA, China etc. 

How fruitful is this Digitalization for delighting our Customers ? 

At the time of Barter system also people focus more on saving of time and resources and family's one man did whole shopping for all members of the family. But then individual choices hardly matter. While today we emphasis more on our choices and can't ask others to favor us for saving of resources so online shopping is the best alternative. 4. Education & Trainings are generally boring lectures and if activities are included then also people feel resisted to perform well so virtually interacting with them personally or in group can help them to learn in the way they need or the crux they want to study.

While on the basis of infrastructure, our network area is yet to develop on wide range. Internet speed is not up to the mark. In addition to the same major stumbling block is Cyber Attack which opposes the people to make maximum utilization of digital world. 

To repress such challenges, Industries along with government has to work on the development of infrastructure and training on the skills of people so as to make the best usage of the digital world which will be proving a revolution in the journey of making our country a developed nation.
