Incompetency lead to severe partition blood shed - LOC confusions

The dark side of making country free is the brutal partition that had made country bleed in very marmaric manner. Freedom costs us immense sacrifices of freedom fighters, extortion of our country's wealth and permanent enemy neighbours. Partition violence added more distress to the Independence goal. The question arises despite of some extremely well executed projects of Britishers how badly has they finished their departure from their colonies like India. Means leaving a country without proper demarcation of boundary line. Or in other words this exactly is what Foreign rulers want. Country divided into two with huge chaos, tensions and never solving borders. 

One of the biggest culprit that is incompetency of Mr. Redcliffe. He is solely responsible for demarcation of LOC between two nations. And successfully he failed in accomplishing the same. There are many reasons for not achieving the LOC work properly. Beyond the reasons for not completion, most disappointing is how countries at both sides are fighting. If demarcation of LOC would have been done properly, India and Pakistan could have lived peacefully. At least Pakistan wouldn't infiltrate as every other day they are doing and causing problems to our beloved nation.

 Mr. Redcliffe proved incompetent because of below cited some of the factors no prior experience in India, he relied majorly on outdated data, completed the map in just five weeks, and left the country immediately afterward without looking back. 

1. No prior experience in India:- Cyril Radcliffe had never traveled east of Paris before arriving in India. He knew nothing of local cultures, rivers, or demographics. He had no clue of difficult terrains, geographical locations and rivers between two countries that needs to be demarcated. 

2. Limited time or Impossible Timeline: He was given only five weeks to draw the borders for millions of people. This is incredible to construct LOC between two nations in such a small period. This shows the seriousness of Britishers, for building LOC. Seems foreign power never wants to make the peaceful and concrete border. 

3. Flawed Data: The mapping relied on old census reports and rushed surveys. Mr. Redcliffe never chosen to go on the ground and collect the real data instead opted for previous data therefore leading to much mistaken LOC. 

4. Not so social or interactive person: Mr Redcliffe didn't like travelling instead prefer office work. Laziness of Mr Redcliffe resulted violence for centuries, massive killing of people and infiltration continued. 

How, distressely Britishers and Mr. Redcliffe had deceived both nations. Not only humanity but also professionalism had been slained in much barbaric manner. The consequences still prevail that germinated the disturbance, violence and distress at the border. How incompetence of one person had made partition and further years in distress and trouble.
