Fate leads the willing and drags the unwilling.

दैवेन किल यस्यार्थ: सुनीतोऽपि विपद्यते ।
दैवस्य चागमे यत्नस्तेन कार्यो विजानता ॥

Meaning -> Limits of Strategy: Human planning (sunīti) and clear goals do not always guarantee success if destiny (daiva) turns adverse.
Call for Wise Action: Rather than surrendering to fatalism, a conscious person must put forth diligent effort (yatna) to navigate and mold future outcomes.

Lucky charms might magnets the fortune,
But sincere efforts surely develops strong immune,,
Struggles act as a ladder to achieve the aim,
Burn as intense as sun to earn name and fame,,

At just two years old, Sharmila Dhankhar contracted polio, leaving her left leg permanently affected due to the lack of timely medical care in her village. Despite the disability, she refused to let adversity define her life. Her struggles continued after she was married at a young age. She reportedly endured years of domestic abuse linked to dowry demands. In her mid-twenties, she was forced to leave her marital home along with her two daughters and return to her parents. Later, she remarried Ajit Singh, whose support helped her rebuild her life and pursue a new beginning.Dhankhar entered para-athletics only in her mid-thirties. She began competing at the age of 34 in the F57 category for shot put and discus throw and quickly established herself as one of India's leading para-athletes. Her crowning achievement came in Glasgow, where her 9.81m effort secured the Commonwealth Games gold medal.

Her willingness and never giving attitude helped her to evolve shine at such prestigous podium. Such inspiring stories motivate us to grow when fate offers struggles and failures. Sometimes all struggles are there to streamline the path that directs to our destinations. Primarily our belief in ourselves helps us to grow even at our worse.

The quote signifies a decision to take 100% responsibility for our own life -> life offers stones, search the possibilities of making marble monument out of it instead of cursing and using these stones to hurt ourselves. To make life more meaningful it is not important to have the resources, what matters is the willingness to acknowledge the present and determination in building the prosperous future. Finding blames and pouring failures on others are the characteristics of losers who has to win in life, they takes every pinch of responsibility and blames self for each flaw, thus taking immense proud while reaching out to the goal. Even fate favours the brave and courageous soul and ignores the one who are dependent on the fortunes. Bhagwat Geeta also reveals that fortune favours the brave even if hardship waits at every curve.
