Indians are weak and inactive, racism gone wild.
Recent video on social media proved that tug of war between Indian elderly women and same age foreign women, favors the foreign women and later won the match. Elevating the racism that Indians are weak and are born to be slaves. This suddenly erupts anger among Indians but if analysed properly there are areas that needs every Indians keen attention.
India is a capital of diabetic and obesity population. The same country which is rich in agriculture crops, abundantly producing horticulture and rich source of dairy products. India is blessed with the best that nature can bestow yet India is home to majority of unhealthy population of world being so prosperous. Offcourse pollution and adulterations are worth mentioning. While beyond these two man made problems, one major fungus is developing among Indians is laziness. In the name of luxury and show offs, we Indians forget our basics. Indians inactiveness is building unbreakable and robust hurdles that are not convenient to continue the existence. Our immensely poor living style is earning more problems to us rather than relaxation. Over eating in India is a sign of love, care and so called hospitality. Elders are growing to take longer rests and it's an offence if asked for labourous world. Employed person can't prefer to walk it's against the reputation. Children can't go to school on foot it's hindrance and consider against the parenting and offcourse pamperness. Pregnant women are forced to take rest, offcourse heir is growing inside her. Mother in laws can't be asked to work it's disrespectful. Our food compromises more of carbs and few of protein. Gym and work outs are not meant for common population. Means, what all happening in our nation. True to state, we Indians are in the making of more ill, weak, lazy and inactive population.
Civic sense already a challenge for our population, now inactiveness and diseased population is not at all great for India. How easily we are wasting our life in the pseudo luxurious world. Copying western is not our aim, but yes imitating their good habits must be our cup of tea. Our aim is tough nut to crack yet had to break this nut else sooner will be acting huge hurdle. Health is wealth but we Indians have forgotten this over immense relaxation and laziness.
