Progress is individual's ability to complicate simplicity.

Result matters and in the race of achieving the best, life's actual meaning fades. To achieve is new normal that blurs the real goal and emphasize more on complexity, troubles and offcourse stress. Bhagwat Geeta states believe in timelines and efforts, consequences fabricates accordingly.

“यत्र योगेश्वरः कृष्णो यत्र पार्थो धनुर्धरः। तत्र श्रीर्विजयो भूतिर्ध्रुवा नीतिर्मतिर्मम॥” – Bhagavad Gita 18.78

The biggest change that I have cliffed in my personality is not to be to stressed. Not to make the things so complicated. Not to be webbed too much into life's anecdotes. Not to be entangled highly into people's opinions. Let's keep the things simple and prettier. Three Sigma Rules that enable me in weaving the innocence with aroma of positivity. It helped me in growing and evolving. Below are the explanations that help in making the things better. Such as

1. Simplify to Amplify - सर्वं ज्ञानं परमात्मन्येव निहितं। Every problem has always a very simpler solution. Working and acting with humility is biggest treasure that an individual can earn. In the juggles of struggles, one thing that I have learned that only way out is to keep ourselves grounded. Making ways simple to get the great results. Like if any arguments happens, immediately leave the crux and search for solutions. My profile is to look after the audits. Here if any observation prolongs, first corrective action is how to close the same. Way outs are the important and requisite to stay away from the unnecessary stuffs. Choosing simpler ways usually earns better results and never amplifies the expectations but obviously the consequences..

2. Grow, Evolve and Erupt - उद्यमेन हि सिद्ध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः! Those who fails to plan, fails to achieve. I pee disagree with this. I believe plan less, promise few but deliver more. Let your actions speak louder than plans. Just wishing never bags results. Hard work has no replacement. To achieve more, certainly have to work hard too. Actions are utmost significant and crucial to achieve the zenith of our own aim. Irrespective of all the worries, my entire focus is always on growing and evolving. I read somewhere that if you are enough influencial people do imitate you. Have ever thought son in law ( Damad) changing their surname after marriage, this happened with Marie Curie (Nobel Laureate). Her son in law changed his surname. Only way to make people listen to your viewpoint is to be an owner your own successful story. Till then work hard and never stop before achieving the milestones.

3. Embrace Smile  - विद्या विनयेन शोभते” (Vidyā vinayena śobhate). I believe so much in spiritual power. Always noticed several sages, intellectuals and our beloved Shree Krishna (Lord Krishna). They always carry a beautiful smile with calmness and perseverance. Calmness still difficult to sustain in al situations but yes carrying a beautiful smile is bit easier for me. Smile is the cup of tea that I love to gift to me. Adorning myself and smiling on me after looking at mirror is the finest compliment that I crown to me. Smile fills contentedness and bliss in almost all frustrations. Knowledge comes to them who believes in humility and kindness. And we can share that we have. If we value ourselves, if we compliment ourselves surely we value and appreciate others too.

Final words
When we think of profound wisdom, few phrases encapsulate the essence of self-realization and interconnectedness like “तत् त्वम् असि” (Tat Tvam Asi). This powerful Sanskrit quote, translating to “That Thou Art,” originates from the Chandogya Upanishad, one of the most revered texts in Indian philosophy. It invites us to explore the profound connection between our individual selves and the universal consciousness. The teachings of “Tat Tvam Asi” assert that by understanding our true nature, we can lead more fulfilling lives. We begin to let go of superficial desires and embrace authenticity. Following this principle enables us to experience freedom from societal conditioning and limiting beliefs. As you navigate your journey through life, remember that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. The wisdom embedded in ancient Sanskrit sayings like “Tat Tvam Asi” not only provides clarity but also serves as guidance toward realizing your deeper purpose. Embrace this journey of discovery, for in it lies the key to unlocking your fullest potential.
