How to influence people without any argument or discussions

 
Recently, reading an article about the Nobel prizes, I came to know the fact that son-in-law of Madam Curie (Nobel prize winner - 2 times) had used her surname meaning damad (SIL) is taking the last name curie, this is enough astonishing because in our patriarchy society only daughter in laws are forced to do so. Therefore, this specific anecdote divides the society into debatable discussion with no absolute consensus. But, what I apprehended is that when you are successful and élite personality, rules of any society can easily be broken or twisted according to our convenience.

This true story has shaken me inside out, reason again the same, because in this patriarchy soceity believing that son in law adopting his mother in law legacy is next to impossible. This has erupted volcano of mixed emotions within. Citing all the issues and troubles of life and anticipating others to follow us, is beyond our reach. Yet streching the ropes of expectations that our near dears will listen and agrees with our way brings ample of disappointments and frustrations. Therefore, rising our stature with our own actions, and heightens our ranks with stars of success magnets surroundings masses. It's pseudo belief to consider that our care, attention and love can hold any relationship, it's always the self interest and never ever the second any other reason. 

Focus on our goals, endeavours and self motivation plays a vital role in aspiring and meeting many expectations that we hope from others. Keeping ourselves busy with our responsibilities, efforts and optimisms enables in building the personality that we usually adore. There are several ways that are quite fruitful in the making of our personality enough influencing:- 

@ Emphasize on actions and efforts with extreme hard work, be achiever and dreamer.

@ Ambitions are always valued over conversations. Always be active and ambitious.

@ Actions and Success speaks louder than words and speeches. Attempt to be successful till not achieved.

@ Don't believe in citing the examples rather lead by an example.

@ Be precious and graceful. Value ourselves before others.

@ Prioritize the health and self healing. In healthy mind resides the well-being human being. 

My favourite quote is don't ever urge people to listen to you, instead be an example, that people itself want to hear you. This can only be achieved when our entire attention converges towards our efforts and diverges our speeches. As it's a famous saying that excessive thunderstorm never showers intensely. And every story is beautiful and motivating but people love to listen it whenever you are successful, as every successful story is inspiring. 

Final words:- Never get distressed when surrounding people do not listen or follow you, even you are so correct. Because rising sun usually disrupts the eyes gazing at. Therefore, to improve your influence, the only way is to get successful.
