It's utmost important to credit the significance of leadership in any human endeavours. Person who owns the leadership skills can roar their voice at any field and never echoes in any endurance. Potential of a person to work can be learned but ability to lead a team requires ample of efforts that proliferate the significance of specific task of mankind. Anyone can easily be an instructor, confer orders, directs the team but to be an effective leader, some attributes need to be developed that inspire the team, raises their interest and aligning focus to the goal. True leaders continuously executes their perpetual optimism. They inspire others to follow their cause. Their leadership effectiveness is multiplied by a positive outlook that brings out the best in others. Their consistent approach towards their positive outlook makes the exponential difference in others. Despite most populous nation, India supremacy fades when Olympics games comes to mind. India is still struggling with the medals yet in the field of Badminton, we have two names PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal, both of these girls make us proud and their talents are flourished by the Coach Pullela Gopichand, whose leadership with the skills has created the wonders not only on Olympics but in other badminton competitions too. He himself has made India proud and under his trainings, he is making every Indian feel very auspicious.
Here are five ways to multiply your leadership effectiveness through optimism:
1. Accentuate the positive :- very common yet very important saying that a bad apple spoils the bunch. It's absolutely true as a single negative thought in a positive soul could hold power of causing lots of turmoil similarly a single negative thought of the person surrounding us makes others also negative. Every negative personality or the thoughts are contagious and can derail the entire team. But good news is that positive thoughts are also contagious and withstand the potential of killing all the negativity with pace. Positive vibes and positive energy attracts and surroundings start to imitate. For instance, our so called friend nowadays is social media, if we search for single positive thoughts, it keeps on showing us numerous positive reels, videos, thoughts etc. Therefore, real leaders continuously executes such positivity in themselves and this attracts the others also to be like them. Sometimes it's difficult to find the optimisms but great leaders search few ways to inspire people, build them up and enlist them towards their goals.
2. Increase positive reinforcement :- Recently, in movie 12th Fail, aspirant was working in the Atta Chakki and his friend congratulated him after cracking the prelims and with suspicion asked how would he be preparing in such havoc environment, the aspirant said he will do surely with very positive 😊 smile, has made us realise that positive reinforcement is much more powerful than negative. True leaders know the process of constructing such positive reinforcement. It's the fact that being recognized or complimented encourages every fiber of human being. Negative reinforcement simply makes us avoid whatever we perceive is the cause for a specific failure. Even it's unrealistic to completely erase the negative reinforcement. But yes galvanising every negative thoughts and failures with positive thoughts and appreciations can be done to concrete positive reinforcement
3. Trust your team :- Gifting liberation and believing the people are the attributes that builds the position outlook in the surroundings. This quote "Surround yourself with the best people you can find, delegate authority, and don’t interfere" actually enables in building the strong team. That doesn’t mean to be disengaged but, it does mean we can sap the creativity, drive, and enthusiasm out of any team by micromanaging. Team must know that our leaders are on their side, support them, have their back, and are their advocate. This makes a powerful statement that you believe in them. Optimists believe in people. Pessimists don’t believe they can and feel the need to macromanage.
4. Clearly communicate the vision :- Inspirational leaders set clear, visionary goals.

Goals are never unrealistic untill approach and mindset is not clear. Thus, setting a stretch goal requires a high degree of optimism because it requires us to believe in ourselves and our teams.
5. Be nice :- This is truth that "Life is difficult.” Even the most optimistic among us become frustrated, irritable, angry, or have other negative emotions from time to time. We are endowed with a wide range of emotions and, if we are working sincerely on some projects, we will be experience both positive and negative. However, getting stuck on a negative emotion can be a big problem. As a real leader, building emotional availability in the surroundings and among the team enables person to vanish out the various negative thoughts. Humanity brings out the rejuvenation and synergy among the people around us.
