Identity politics are not the cup of tea that any nation wants to relish. Remember if anyone section of society is ill treated, consequences never favours the glory of that specific soceity.

Identity politics, as a mode of categorizing, are closely connected to the ascription that some social groups are oppressed (such as women, ethnic minorities, and sexual minorities); that is, the idea that individuals belonging to those groups are, by virtue of their identity, more vulnerable to forms of oppression.

Because it's always mutual participation and mutual exclusiveness as independence of any event never adds up to the exact probability. It always multiplies. 2. Less participation, Low morale - particular skills if are ignored it leads to the demotivation among the crowd thus neglecting the growth that can be made with boosting the confidence among the population of specific country.

3. Minimum Utttilization of resources - what we are deprive of is the optimum utttilization of the available resources we have. We keenly searching for some new resources while under utttilization of what are actually available with us.
