Mindful Steps that help in building constructive and progressive personality

Always in the search of hope that some good is on the way instead never ever attempt to accomplish that. In the end, more than anything else, we regret the little chances we didn’t take, the priceless opportunities we were too busy to nurture, and the good decisions we waited too long to make. Retaining regrets, continuing the delays should be replaced with below mentioned some mindful techniques  1. Letting others tell us what we are worth - we will never find our worth in another human being or their opinions — we find it in ourself, and then we will attract those who are worthy of our energy.
